Hi Cheryl it arrived today and I must say that we are very pleased with it indeed. I would also like to complement you on your excellent customer service throughout the whole ordering process. What a pleasure it would be to shop on the net if all companies operated to your high standards of customer service. Your teapot will be making a very long and scenic journey in May via bus, trains, ferry and coach as we are taking it all the way to the Isle of Mull off the West coast of Scotland where our friends live in a cottage on a farm so it is just as well it is so well packed!!
