MAKING PAYMENTS
We accept payment by: BANK TRANSFER
PERSONAL CHEQUE
GOOGLE CHECKOUT / PAY PAL (£1.50 Processing Fee)
Once your order has been confirmed we will collect your payment in the following way:
BANK TRANSFER: If you bank online the simplest way to pay is by bank transfer. With your order confirmation we will send you bank details for you to make the transfer.
GOOGLE CHECKOUT / PAY PAL: If you wish to pay using a credit or debit card we will send you an invoice through Google Checkout with your order confirmation. If you wish to pay using Pay Pal please let us know and we will invoice you through Pay Pal instead. Due to the high fees charged we have to add a £1.50 processing fee to your order.
PERSONAL CHEQUE: If you indicate that you wish to pay by cheque we will send you payee details and the address to send your cheque to with your order confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE ORDERS CANNOT BE DISPATCHED UNTIL CLEARED PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
Teapots will usually be delivered within 3 weeks of receiving your cleared payment (unless notified differently at time of ordering). If you need your teapot to meet a tight deadline - please contact us. We will always try to provide a fast turnaround where possible.
